1980年我出生在這座城市

I was born in this city in 1980

我常常看著和平路上的車來攘往

Staring the hustling and bustling on Heping Rd.,

看著人們走在燈光閃爍的街上

Watching people walking on the streets of shining lights.

我看著許多人為了夢想

I have seen many souls, for their dreams,

拼勁全力、努力不懈的樣子

Making their all-out efforts.

我們也許不常見面

We may not meet often,

但相約時，你總是帶著期待

But when we do, there’s always anticipation,

期待著會有什麼樣的驚喜

To what kind of surprise it will be.

因為我會帶給你很多靈感

Because, I will bring you numerous inspirations.

我讓許多創作在這裡發生

I have made so many creations happened here,

讓許多人的夢想成真

And so many dreams realized here.
